1. Service description

AssicurazioneUcraina.it is an online platform that facilitates the purchase of health insurance policies for foreign citizens entering Ukraine. Policies are issued by the insurance company EUROINS, authorised in Ukraine, through the WelcomeUkraine platform. The site acts as an intermediary and is not the insurer.

2. Eligibility

By purchasing a policy you confirm that:

• you are a foreign citizen intending to enter, or already staying in, Ukraine;
• the information provided is accurate and complete;
• you are at least 18 years old, or the purchase is made by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Purchase and delivery of the policy

After successful payment, the policy PDF is sent to the email address provided, normally within 5 minutes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses, spam filters or email provider issues.

If you do not receive the policy within 15 minutes of payment, write to info@insuranceforvisitukraine.com: we resend it immediately. You can also download it from the payment confirmation page.

4. Coverage and claims

Coverage, exclusions and the claims procedure are governed by the policy document issued by the insurance company. We recommend reading it before travelling. Claims are handled directly by the company under its procedures; the site does not handle claims. In a medical emergency call the number shown on the policy.

5. Prices

All prices are in euros and include service fees. Prices may change without notice; the price shown at the time of purchase is the one charged. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

6. Accuracy of information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data entered in the form. False information may make the policy invalid. We are not liable for rejection of the policy at the border due to incorrect data provided by the customer.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to facilitating the purchase. We are not liable for medical expenses, travel disruptions, entry refusals or other losses arising from use of the service beyond what the policy covers.

8. Refunds

Refund conditions are described in the refund policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Ukrainian law. Any dispute is resolved under Ukrainian legislation. Mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence remain unaffected.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
